1. Contractual Relationship

By accessing the services provided by SIMPLY A LA CARTE LTD, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our catering services.

2. Service Availability & Delivery

While we strive for 100% punctuality, delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions or significant traffic disruptions in the Berkshire area. Minimum order value for corporate delivery is £300.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Corporate events involving bespoke sourcing may require a 7-day notice period for cancellation of specific premium ingredients.
